well took the truck out to play around because my first class was canceled. so i fired up the mud truck and me and pops headed down the trail to our favorite little bog. start playin for a lil while next thing you hear is a loud pop and then the truck dies both confused we slap on our waders and jump out to find the gas tank straps both broke only bout a mile from the house we hike it back and grab the dually and head back down and tow it out bring it back to the barn look underneath and notice the gas tank not only ripped out it broke a rear u joint ripped out all of the fuel lines up to the pump. so needless to say it was a good day and a fuel cell is now on order.

I'm just about to die from laughing here, yer story remind me of how I removed my truck's old rusty exhaust - normally one would go under there and unbolts stuff, but not me - I have a monster of a car (check sig, you'll laugh), and I had a towing strap too - put truck across driveway, wrap one end of strap to one side of exhaust, tie other end of strap to car's trailer hitch, jump in car, 1st gear, pedal to the metal, KABOOOM!!!, half the exhaust flies out, loosen strap, drive car to other side of truck, repeat exercise, done - Houston, we now have open headers, lol :D Did it around midnight too, neighbors loved me for it.
