Catalytic conv. rattle

I've had this rattle under my 'Hoe for a few weeks now. I just went out and crawled under it and started banging on things to find the rattle. Well, it's coming from my cat. , but it's not the heat shield. It seems to be coming from inside the cat. Anybody have any idea what might be doing this? Time for a new cat.?

The baffel inside broke loose, I have the same problem with a 96 Gmc. I've have been told by a few guys to try and catch it with a few sheet metal screws into the cat from underneath, but I haven't tried it yet so I don't know if it will work.

Where is the baffle located? I assume in the center of the cat.
