Can you remove a hypertech tune with out the device?

Can you remove a hypertech tune with out the device? Well, Im looking at buying a 2500hd with the 8.1 and im wondering how to remove the hypertech tune. The hand held device to control it was stolen. I would like to get a blackbear tune instead. Also, would anyone know what kind of power a tune can give to the 8.1? I know for the 6.0 it is alot.

You can have the dealer reflash it.

When you send it to blackbear the new program they put in will eliminate the hypertech programming.
