Looking to build a box soon, just wondering what everyone is doing, and what fits behind the seat? I found some of my old audio stuff the other day and want to put it in the chevy. It is probably all outdated, but it sounded great at the time to me. Did you guys lose any clicks on the seat position either with your setups?

Here is what i have behind my rear seat. fits 2 10s and its vented out the driver side. I lost a few clicks but i dont mind because it turned out perfect for reaching the pedals. Probably one of the best boxes i have owned. It picks up every note i throw at it. 10x better sounding the the sealed box i had before.

I have buckets out of an eclipse made my own brackets and made a console that doubles as a sub box

15" cerwin vega stroker. Ported on drivers side, sub behind passenger. Amp sits in the middle behind middle seat.

Lost a few clicks, but didn't make it horrible. I had to compromise for my love of bass.

2.1 cubes, tuned in the low 30's (33hz I believe), plus I can fit comfortably and I am 6'2", 250lbs. I lost a couple clicks, but it sounds killer. Running off a 600 watt Autotek.

bignick31985 when you put that in there did you take out the jack box and the storage box that was there or did you leave them in?

I had to remove the jack stuff. And I ground off the bolt rod as well.

If you were doing custom interior you coudl remove all that plastic above it and gain bookoos of cubic feet, lol. Well not bookoos but a good bit I'd imagine.

I cant imagine loosin any clicks on the seat in a reg cab. I feel cramped already without a box in there. Im 6'1" and 215.

You live in Nashua right? The guys at Boomer do nice work and are fairly decent priced. They built the boxes for my 4 6.5's under my back seat.

Well thats good to know, they are right down the road. Its a matter of if I trust them with my truck for 2-3 days... I would be over their shoulder the whole time lol.
