installing overhead console

Hey is it possible to install an overhead console in a 97 chevy that didnt come factory with one? how do i wire the homelink and map lights???

The slots for the front should be in the inner roof skin. if I recall, the back is held by screws. map lights and homelink only need contant power (orange in GM) and ground
