you have good taste, i think those 2 are the best actually... its just something about Borla that i cant put my hands on.. the sound is so patented.. people say it sounds like magnaflow... but its totally different i think... sounds alot better! i also heard a few corsas, and they sound sweet...
my say if you want something radical, get the corsa sport.. something more reserved get the corsa touring... or a borla... IMO you will be happy with any choice you make...

Corsas are ~800-1200. Expensive if you ask me, but they sound so good I am almost ready to buy one. For comparison the Magnaflows are around ~400-800. I just hate the Magnaflow/Flowmaster sound and it seems like Corsa is the only other defined sound. Everyone has flows.

i agree everyone around me has flows including myself, thats why i am looking for some change. the exhaust is going to be for a 5.3. how does the borla compare to corsa in sound?

Yea I also am considering a corsa or borla...and the magnaflow. I want something with single side exit. It has have to be fairly quite, and yes I do have the 4cyl mode thing.
What is the cheapest place to get any of these?

This is the design I want...

In my opinion corsa is by far the nicest sounding exhaust there is, sport or touring, depending on what kind of style you're going for with your truck (sport is nice for the aggressive and powerful, touring for the clean). Though admittedly I've heard far fewer Borla systems.
I had a MagnaFlow on my '99 5.3. It was a nice setup, but had some minor fit issues. I put a Borla system on my '01 5.3. I did not care for the sound at all. My '07 NNBS 5.3 has a Corsa Sport system. Of the three systems, the Corsa has the best fit, easiest install, and by far the best sound. The Corsa system also does not sound like a buzz bomb when the AFM system kicks in to 4-cylinders. Not sure if the other systems out there have mastered the AFM sound issue yet.

i have the corsa touring on mine and everyone that hears it loves it. When idling its not a big growler like some but when you get on it, it lights up and sounds amazing. Deffinitly a big difference than stock but not over kill.

Funny, my first post was going to be on this very subject. Guess that is going to save me the leg work. I should be picking up the Borla in January. Hopefully. Gotta get it past the boss lady without getting caught.

I think magnaflow has the best bang for the buck. stainless steel, and lifetime warrenty are the two key selling points I think. And they aren't too expensive.
