c.d. player trouble

well in short, i'll put in a c.d. and it will say ERR on the display. if i hit the next track button it flashes the track number then after a while of punching it it may or may not play the c.d.

what kind of deck do u have????
or maybe even try emailing the company of this no name cd player u have

its the stock deck.

unit has a dirty or bad laser most likely. Just replace it.
