I am firm on the 300. The x-box needs repair. It does not have the three red rings of death though, it just freezes up during games. Some games it will play a little while, some it will only last a few minutes. I have not tried any of the fixes on the internet. I just got a ps3 and really don't need the xbox anymore. Should be able to send it in to microsoft for repair as it is under a year old. It was purchased in December 06.
