I just installed a K&N 77series CAI am and thinking about purchasing a throttle body spacer. Are they really worth the $ and would the airraid tb spacer fit with the 77series (it looks like it would be tight)?

I don't think the TB spacers work on the newer trucks ,just the older TBI trucks and carb'd trucks , where the fuel and air passes thru the spacer .

It will fit, just a tight fit, and It will not make a difference.

DO NOT buy it, it's a waste of money unless you have TBI or a carb.

If you like to hear a loud whistle when you drive you can buy a spacer or get a cheap whistle to blow yourself because they will both do the same thing performance wise.

I really don't think they do anything. But that didn't stop me from putting it on my last two vehicles. I'd put it on my truck now if it would fit with my intake. I just like to play with the whislte

I put one on my truck with my 77 series. I have electric fans though so i have tons of room. It can't hurt putting on the spacer and mine really doesnt even whistle (i can make it if i want it to) while driving around everyday.

I agree with everyone else I put one on thinkin it would make a difference. It didnt except for the little whistle. Just havnt taken the time to take it off. Also some people have had a problem with it leakin air. I would say spend your money on something else if you really want one PM me and I will give it to you cheap.
