2005 Z-71 Tahoe Passanger side mirror

So on her way to work this morning. My wife hit a bird, or a bird hit her. Destroying the passenger side mirror.

So I am looking for a mirror for a 2005 Z-71 Tahoe. It is power, w/ turn signal. White is preferred, but we can paint to match.
