OBS air dam / deflector / valence

I'm looking for the lower air dam that mounts to the bumper on '88 to '98 full size trucks, Suburbans, etc. with holes for tow hooks and with mounting hardware. I don't need it to be pretty so long as it's all in one piece. The plastic air dam itself sells for $41 new on eBay including shipping so I'm probably only looking for a local seller in the Bay Area, CA or someone who can ship really cheaply. I got the factory original GM air dam that I removed from my 95 Silvy a few months ago. I'll be installing a smoothie bumper on my truck and won't be needing it. You can have it for $15.00 plus what ever it cost to ship to you from Maryland 20764.
