I have a set of Hella FF75's here, and am kind of stumped on how to mount them where my OEM fogs are, as far as the use of a bracket goes.
obviously i either have to modify the existing bracket, or make a new one.
has anyone done somthing similar to this? or have any suggestions?
thanks alot

i bought an OEM fog lamp setup and cant figure out how the hell the wiring works... might break down and bring it to a shop. asked a dealership for the hell of it to quote me, and they said $200 labor +40 to flash the BCM
but anyway, the new lamps should come with a mount that bolts up.

Where in Wisconsin are you? I put the oem ones in my '05 and it was actually fairly easy. If you're in or around the Green Bay area I'd be willing to give you a hand with it. I can't reprogram the BCM for you but I didn't have to in my '05 so I don't know if you will have to in your '02.

Not trying to hijack your thread but the lens covers on both of my fog lights are gone on my '02 2500 Suburban. The dealer says I have to buy 2 new complete setups-he can't get me lenses only.
Any suggestions? Any aftermarket fog lights that will work in my OEM location as a "plug & play"?

I know piaa makes some fog lamps that fit really nice on the 99-02 truck. Can't remember the model # though. Got the book at home I'll see if I can look it up.

ummm the Hella FF75s fit nicely in the space provided. i just need to know how to mount them with either modding the current bracket or making a new one.

oh im in Superior, have family in Kaukauna by Appleton though! more or less im just lazy and don't have a heated, or well lit garage so makes working on the truck difficult in the winters. i might save this for when the weather warms up a bit
