XM is no longer working?

i took out my radio to install a bluetooth adapter and when i reconnected the radio, my xm was no longer active?? everything was connected back in its original spot and the bluetooth adapter was connected as per instructions. any help is appreciated. thanks.

The last time that happened to me it was because I didn't pay my bill. Listened to it in the morning, that afternoon it wasn't working so I called to find out what was up and the told me I owed...
Too easy.

Don't know that yours will be that easy though.
