FS: 97 Tahoe 2 door 4x4 project

This is a 97 2 door Tahoe 4x4 that I bought as a little project. I have a deployment coming up with flight school after that, so I need to minimize the projects I have sitting around before I go. I'm running out of time, so if somebody wants a stab at this before I put it together, so be it.
It was a 6.5 TD truck that somebody blew the engine in. Original engine and trans are out, and I bought a 95 2-door with a 5.7 TBI to use the drivetrain out of for this one. I have a TBI 5.7L with 4L60e to go in, along with all the necessary wiring and fuel lines/pump/tank etc. I have all the parts to convert it over to gas. It has a radiator and coolant tank for the gas engine.
The only part I don't have yet for it is a transfer case, I have all the drive shafts.
Interior is pretty nice, red leather. Typical wear on the driver's seat, but overall very clean.
Clean Oklahoma title.
Asking $3750 for it with all the parts I have to finish it up.

I don't have the 4L80e that was in it.
