Well hellos
my name is damon, go by nomad.
my whole family is a HUGE chevy family.. My dad builds engine for a living, i can watch him start on a sbc and have it done in around 30 minutes starting from every apart besides the head.
I swear he collects stock rocker arms, i tried counting them down at the shop. got to 200 and i only cover around 1/20th of them i gave up..
Anyways, i joined basically because i have owned a 87 bmw 3-series, that i built up. Then i sold it, decided to try out rice ****(i don't know what i was thinkin:whatever: ), got that sold today. Now i have enough money to buy my dad's friends 94 2500 whipple charged 5.7.. Oh and what a blast it is! Also it's in excellent condition.
Considering i love climbing around in my friends 98 1500 up on the mountain(6" suspension lift). I figure i might as well get a truck, enjoy the chevy pride i have. :rocking:
oh and btw i am getting the truck for 5000$:aniteef: only 109k miles, it's made it this far without any problems except a fuel pump, i am pretty sure i can maintain it's pristine condition!
Anyways thought i should introduce myself. Oh btw i am only 17, so you can pick on me for being immature and ****, but i really don't care.
Plans for truck:
6" suspension lift and 35's
and possibly a late model interior swap still not sure though..
But this is going to be my audio vehicle as well, i finally get to use these 2500 watts rms 10" sq subs(custom made by a car audio freak, and he has pushed them up to 4000 watts still he has yet to smoke one).
And just little touch ups here and there, probably take off the shell for summer though!
I can't wait to go pick up my :fsc: next friday!! :rocking:
