Greetings,

I have perused the boards for a quite some time but to no avail.
My 2000 k3500 has no signal, brake, or dash lights. All of the fuses are fine, although three needed to be replaced between the box under the hood and the box just inside the door. It appears I had either a surge or a short somewhere but, upon checking again, all of the fuses are still in working order. I'll be combing through wires and checking here periodically for any suggestions you folks may have.

I should mention that I hooked up to a car trailer earlier in the day but everything worked fine initially (coincidence?).

thanks in advance

my 91 had the exact same problem. It ended up being the contacts on the headlight/gauge dimmer switch. I took the switch out, cleaned the contacts with contact cleaner and it worked great after that. Thank goodness the officer that notified me that my brake lights where not working let me off with a "take the back roads home and get it fixed."
