99-00escalade conversion with Sierra bumper

hoping you guys can help me out with this.. im go to be installing the escalade conversion with the 99 sierra bumper on my 96 chevy c1500. can you use the original bumper brackets with sierra bumper?? or do I need to buy new brackets to match.

I believe you have to modify them to fit up the the NBS bumber.
