Keep the two tone, makes it stand out a little.

two tones with the lighter color on the bottom have one problem. When your eye processes the colors the eye will automatically focus on the darker of the two. This being the blue in your case.Having the darker color on top will trick your brain into thinking the truck is not as low as another with, say ,black on the bottom. The one thing that helps you is that the blue covers most of the truck and the split is low on the body.Which is better then if it were in the middle or closer to the top.
So for reference. If you want to excentuate your low stance with a two tone, keep the darker color on the bottom, and vice versa for a lifted truck
But hey, they look killer laid out no matter what color they are!

if you keep it two-toned i would bring the two-tone up to the top accent line (just under the windows). Ive always loved that look.
I'd say if you keep the existing bottom color, get wheels with paintable centers, and paint them the same color.

Keep it! Two tone OBS trucks look tons better...I'm a little biased, though.

I think it would look better solid with those colors.
