Shifter kits?

So I searched through the forums and the internet and haven't really come up with much in ways of an after market shifter for my truck. I have an 06 Silverado that's a manual transmission. Does any one have any recommendations, or will I need something custom made?

i think hurst makes a short throw shifter kit but im not positive
