Does anybody know how close the header can be to the starter wires before it will cause a melt down?????? OBS with pacesetters shorty headers.

dont worry about it. if the wires are not touching the headers, or are at least a couple of centimeters away from the headers you are fine. or at least should be fine depending on your wires.. and what coating is your headers? painted? ceramic? stainless?

I know it says starter wires, but I had a problem burning up my plug wires with pacesetter headers.
When I went to the flowtechs (cracked collector on the others) I went with MSD wires. I picked up some little heat shield thingys for the plugs at Speed Merchant for like $25.
