Louder?

Hi I got a flowmaster 40 with 2 stainless 3 1/2in tips on my hoe. I was planning on getting some shorty headers and a magna flow cat with y pipe. How much more power should that make and would that make it louder ? What brand headers would you recommend ? I want a set that I won't have to worry about rotting off or leaking.

It will be louder but also ALOT deeper richer sound, I'm guessing probably 25-30 rwhp maybe more I'm not real good with estimating horse power

Whats a good brand ? I'm on summit and wondering if I should get ceramic or stainless and ceramic ? Is it worth the price difference ?
