Looking for a big block. Would rather just buy the bare block from a 427 or 454 because i already have forged rods and crank, but with gas prices going up i figured someone might be wanting to swap in a small block. If your looking for a small block to trade on I have one that came out of my 1992. PM me.....

I have a '66 big block. It can be a bare block. It is at the moment. Casting #3855961. This casting number can be either a 396or 427. I have the 396 version. It can be bored to a 427, I did not want to do this since the block is virgin bore and can stay that way. I also have a set of forged aluminum rods (bme), forged steel crank (factory), forged .030 pistons (trw), matching 427 HP heads, and a ton of other parts. What is the small block out of the '92 you have? Is it stock? If you are interested p.m. me
