Justin tunned my 08 Avalanche this weekend at the Carlisle all truck nationals. On the 210 mile trip home I noticed a big difference in throttle response, no more dead spot when I nail it from a dead start, or when I hit it to change lanes. The truck got better gas mileage then on the trip up, also glad he bumped the limiter cause I when over the factory one a few times already.

Nice! I am lookin at selling my Edge Evolution prgrammer cuz it sucks ass for Justins tune, I am just not 100% sure about the crank relearn or whatever and how to do it or anything....

NICE, If I dont have to do it that will make me get one that much faster, I emailed him some questions, he emailed back, and then I asked him a few more pertaining to that and he never got back to me. So you didn't have to do a relearn? as well as what if you have to go back to the dealership, what will you do?

I didn't need to do the Crank or Security relearn on mine.

I towed with my truck on the weekend and the difference between now and before the tune is night and day. Lots of power and a definite mileage improvement.

hmmm... I will have to find out why some dont and some do, I am curious now.....

And Justin did tell me to wait till I got the LT headers and High flow cats, so maybe I will buy those instead of my wheels now depending on how much to install them, and then get the tune...

I had to do a security relearn. My CEL has been on for a month, so I'm guessing I need a crank relearn. Eh, I'll get to it at some point.
