aren't they vin specific? or are you looking for one cheap enough that you could send it in and have it cleaned for use on yours>

No, there not VIN specific. Once you program your truck then they're VIN specific. I have a superchips for my 97 GMC, but the programer will program any truck between 96-03. It will program 4.8s,5.3s,5.7s,and 6.0s! Thats what i'm looking for!
