Has anyone ever used this ORY pipe? Does is fit nice? I don't want something that I have to fight with because it doesn't line up right. It's for my '96 Suburban K1500. http://www.jegs.com/i/JEGS/555/31005/10002/-1

The problem I'm having is that my passenger side pipe where it bolts to the manifold has been cut/cracked/repaired/welded 4 times in the past 2 years. It's got a new crack in it now about 7" long. I'm wanting to start with a new pipe. The guy at the exhaust shop don't want to remove the cats and can't bend pipe tight enough to make a new pipe. I also want to keep the factory muffler and tailpipe. Any other options or opinions would be welcome.

Ok, I installed these pipes nearly two and half years ago. The finish of the pipes has held up well as they still look nearly new. The 2.25" pipe is nice compared to the factory 1 7/8" stuff. One quick note about installation: run a tap through the oxygen sensor bungs! They must have warped or something during welding, so I needed to run a tap through them to have good threads.

I'm thinking of having dual straight pipes ran out the back... but not sure if I'll like the sound. Otherwise I'm gonna rock a couple flowmaster knock-offs.

Just thought I'd provide a quick long term review of this product for anyone interested.

Since the gastank is in the middle, i'm having duals run down each side, all stainless since around here that steel piping wouldn't last. I put steel on my Sierra and I have to regularly wash the underside so it won't rust out.
