For anyone that is really serious about learning Photoshop I would highly recommend Joining NAPP (National Association of Photoshop Professionals).
It will cost you $99.00 a year but it is one of the best investments I have ever made! I have been a member for 4 years now.
There is more information there than you can imagine, There are video tutorials as well as write-ups. Plus you get discounts on a lot of graphic related software and hardware.
Example: I just upgraded to Photoshop CS4 for 169.00.
You get 8 issues of Photoshop User magazine with your enrollment, I found the mag usefull enough that I renew the subscription every year.
