i have a 95 350 with throttle body and dual exhaust from manifolds back to a V-Force dual in dual out muffler with 2 1/4 '' pipe what would be my best bet for headers?
do you have emissions testing where you live? I'm running a single 3" system with flowtech shorty headers into an edelbrock y pipe, magnaflow cat, straight 3" tubing, v force, then 8" of straight tailpipe after the muffler. Sounds VERY good. Loud, deep, and aggressive. If you have to smog your truck, then just go with the shorties. I don't know what's what in canada. otherwise, get some longtubes. Any brand will work great. A buddy of mine has flowtech afterburners. They sound awesome and he gained a hell of a lot of torque.

I personally recommend the Thorley Tri-Ys - ceramic coated if you can swing the extra $$$. The Thorley's will allow you to remain emissions legal (assuming that's a concern) and will replace everything from the heads to the cats. You'll have mandrel bent piping - 1-5/8" primaries and 2.5" collectors.
Given that you live in Canada and likely have to deal with salt on the roads, the ceramic coating will make a big difference in longevity, in addition to the underhood benefits.
