help with vibration

i need serious help i have a obs reg. cab bagged on 20s and when im driving down the road no matter how much air pressure the truck vibrates horribly from 35 to 45 mph in the front end i have no idea what the problem is does anybody have an idea or solution?

check wheel balance , check for shifted belt in the tire , is the sway bar hooked up ? , are you sure it's from the front ?

how would i know if the belt has shifted? and i just hooked up the sway bar cause part of the linkage was gone but im 99% percent sure its from the front i need to check the wheel balance as well
