I Want to swap leather seats into my 2003 silverado I am wondering what seats I can swap in?

2003-2007 Silverados.

What about Sierras, Avalanches, what other trucks?

If I swap the seats cloth to leather then...

All the wiring for the seats is straight forward, wiring is under the seat already?

I can hook up the heat easily? do I have to soder into the fuse box?

What about the airbags what do I have to do with them?

Do I have to swap the seat mounts or can I keep the ones that are in the truck?

Seats from a 99 NBS up to the 07 Classic will interchange between the vehicles.

Now as for the wiring that will not directly interchange. I put 99 leather seats into my 05 and had to swap all the electronic sensors and seat belts from the 05's into the 99 seats due changes in sensors and connectors. It did easily swap just took time to ensure I did everything right and moved all the stuff.

Have a nice day.

You may not have to buy anything. Pull out your drivers seat if you can't reach the current connector under it. When you can check the connector see if you have a large Orange and large Black wire. If they are there check taht the Orange is hot and the Black will be your ground.

Depending on what year seats you get you might be able to just connect directly into your current wiring. If it won't hook up directly then you have to move everything from your current seats into the seats you want to install.

As for power to the passenger seat you most likely will have to splice into the hot and ground wire under the drivers seat. Run the wires under your carpet so it comes back out under the passenger seat, then hook it into the appropriate place on your passenger side.

Have a nice day.

Well I have heard that there is a possibility that the seat covers may need to be swapped. What about the airbag module does it need to stay with my truck? And to get the heated seats to work is it necessary to wire the seats into the fuse box?
