Leveling it out..

Ok so i got a 91 c1500 with the towing package and i wanna drop the rear 2 inches to level it out. So while cleaning the frame today i noticed the shackle looks as though i could just put the leafs on the next level down?

Or do i really need to buy the 50$ shackles or whatever they are?

If you have the shackels with 2 mount holes in them. The top hole gives you the most drop 2" While the bottom hole gives you 1"

sounds like yours is already lowered, the next hole down will push the truck up
