This has to be the biggest pain in my a$$ every day. Craftsman put this catalog out last year sometime and says the prices are good until April of 09. Bull Fvcking $hit they are.
Yesterday I spent 2.5 hours on the phone arguing with the sears guy about the price of a tool box for a guy at work. He claimed that catalog never existed and wouldn't believe me and said he wasn't going to warrant that price.
Well I went down there on my lunch break, pulled the catalog out of the rack TWO FEET from his face, opened it up and said "That's what we want, at that price!" Needless to say the guy is going to get his tool box but I am so ready for April to come to quit screwing around with this stupid catalog.
