clear coat repair???

I've got a chip on the clear coat of my truck and its starting to peel a little bit. Does anyone have any idea how I can stop it from spreading?

touch up is the only way I know how

Depends how good you are at sanding and painting lol. Im sure you could sand the edges of the clear coat "feather edging" them and then reapply a bit of clearcoat then wetsand and polish.
