I would like to put some ceramic headers on my F/S GMC 5.7 1/2 ton truck with A/C without cutting anything would anyone have some that are in good shape?

PS-I want to go with LT headers because I have heard that shorties just don't help that much. Or do they? Also would ceramic be the smart way to go instead of SS? I want some that won't rust out but I want my engine bay cool and I don't know beans about headers. (HELP)
