obs headliner ?

headliner is sagging, what is the backing made of? is it that fiber board crap the disintigrates? or is it plastice? need to know if i can strip the fabric and lay new fabric down without it sagging a month later.

also where is a good site to get replacement headliners? i search but couldnt come up with much other than do it ourself kits.

annnnnnnd, whats the going rate for a set of nbs leather front buckets?

Im either gonna go with stockinteriors.com or c/kresto.com. Got my samples from stockinteriors the headliner is a lil different than the oem material. Which makes me wonder what ckresto's liner looks like?

The old adhesive has to be scraped off the shell for the new to bond so it's best to remove the shell.I pulled mines and had an auto uphol. shop re-do it for $85.00.
I didn't want to chance doing it myself and the glue not holding and then having to pull it again.

fiber board. lmc truck has new replacement headliners that are made with plastic backings tho.
