2002 1500HD gear indicator light flicker

It just started doing this recently.

The guages all are fine, the only thing that flickers is the gear indicator and the radio.

Any ideas?

i'm having a similar problem. i have a '98 and when i go from D to R or to P the orange indicator light sometimes isn't on.

The work truck I use (04 6.0 2500) does the same thing. Things beat to hell though.
