I need a hitch for my new company ride--a Saturn Vue. Where did you guys buy your hitches? Where is the cheapest? I have found one for $134.99 shipped on eBay, but I must live up to my user title and find one cheaper!!!
Everything else I have owned came with one. I don't need any wiring, as it will only be used for a bike rack and a cargo extender. I won't be pulling any trailers with the mighty 4-banger :read:
I just need a 2" receiver hitch. Who has the answer?

I got a Reese class III brand spanking new on Amazon for $85 with free shipping. Auto Zone or one of those places was selling the exact same part number for $135.

I used http://www.etrailer.com/ to buy both my hitch and my g/f's hitch. Fast shipping and good prices. Plus they had a lot of info regarding wiring things up. Even their tech support line is great.

that plan didn't work...not too many 2009 (new body) Vues running around, much less one with a hitch
Every Uhaul said it would take 10 days just to get one in...thank goodness for eBay

I did get one already on ebay and it bolted right up with 6 holes already in the car--very easy direct bolt on...it would have been easier with dual exhaust (V6) though because then the bottom of the bumper would have had 2 cutouts (more room to wiggle it in)

Off topic.
I was surprised at how much room those saturn vues have. A chick friend of mine just bought one and of course I had to drive it because I have to drive anything my friends get :read:. I thought I wouldn't like it, but I actually wouldn't mind having one for a dd.

Well, I hate mine because it's a 4 banger, but it's free, so I can't complain. Not bad at all other than that.
I have several training sessions in MS, and my boss told me to take the boat with me. Yeah right! It barely gets through the mountains with my mountain bike on the back.
