inside door panel removal

bought a manual today for my 01 1500. trying to grease window crank--manual shows 2 screws for armrest. can only find one. help!!

I don't remember there being 2 when I took off my panel, there is one underneath the door lock though

There is one under the manual door lock. The second one is just above the rear part of the door handle.
