Hey guys, the factory charcoal fabric bucket seat in my 03 SCSB is sagging bad and the foam is broken up and smushed.

Is there an easy way to replace the lower seat cushion? Is it very hard to do?

Help!!

No they are manual seats. I just called three different mobile interior shops here in town and ALL OF THEM said that more than likely a spring or two has broken underneath, and thats why the cushion has sunken in. They said its a common thing on the 99-06 NBS trucks.

I checked online and the seat cushion is about $40-50 brand new, but the spring pack or "pan" as its refered to is around $100-180.

The three shops i called said they can re-weld the springs AND repair/replace the cushion for $85-155, all in the same day. I think i may just go that route, because if i order the parts myself with the shipping costs, ill spend at least $150 or more on the parts before even beginning the repair myself!!

I'll let yall know how it goes.
