2003 16 pin rear veiw mirror

I have a 2003 suburban mirror with,compass/temp/pass airbag on off/auto dimm and onstar.It has 16 pins and 13 wires.pink-brown/white strip-yellow/brown strip-yellow-light green/black strip-dark green/white strip-light green-blue-dark green-gray-green/white strip-gray/white strip-and black.I need to know what is power-ground-temp sensor and pass airbag on/off light.Its going into a 2000 silverado LS.Dont care about onstar.

does that mirror have a model number anywhere? its probably a Gentex brand if you could snap a picture of it might be able to find a wiring diagram for it...

I E11 0 15322/ GNTX-261.Those # are on the back left,on the right,052703/IEC107-2 1/1517 6973.Picks wont upload for me but that is evrything written on it.Ive read old posts and all the wireing instructions are differant,I know it came out of a 03 suburban.I just dont want to fry the thing hooking something up wrong.Thanks.

I this is what Ive found sofar.pinn 1-2 empty 3(air bag on)4(airbag off)5(auto day/night signal)6(temp probe)7(temp probe)8(ground)9(reverse dimm inhibit)10(mic)11(keypad signal)12(keypad supply 5v)13(ignition power)14(green led signal)15(red led signal)16(return line for night/day signal)It seems like pinn 13 (yellow wire)is slightly thicker than the other wires so Im assuming it is the main power and pinn 8 is black so thats probly ground but are pinns 6-7 for the temp sensor and whitch is witch?And whare do I splice pinns 3-4 to light the airbag on/off indicator?Id guess at the dash switch but whitch wires?

different year model, you cannot use the airbag on/off indicator wires. leave them out. you have the wiring basically right. you just need to worry about 6 7 8 13 which you have correct.
