Since my 91 burban front end swap I never found or purchased a chevy emblem. So I was sittin at the computer thinking of things that could pass time.. Since I had already had the layout from my rear window sticker making this was not that hard. This is what came out of my spare time.

it will be cut out as 3 pieces:
the skull (1/8") - painted white
sheet metal filler for the eyes and nose - paited black
skull mounting plate (1/4") - painted black
The idea is to have 2 holes cut out in the skull mounting plate so 2 all thread bolts can be welded to the face (where the skull gets tacked to). Grind down the plug welds smooth so it can be attached to the skull flush.
The skull and sheetmetal filler can just be tack welded to the mounting plate..
