Do not do business with this person. I ordered the armada wheels he had listed and at first seemed really good to work with but quickly went south. On arrival day only two wheels showed up (bairly as packaging was horrid) so I PM'd Black90 and he said that he will go to UPS and look into it. Well it turned out the other box got ripped so he had to reship them. OK no biggy crap happens. It has now been almost 4 weeks now and no return PM's with new tracking number or any information at all. Right now my plans are on hold as its difficult to drive with only two wheels. It looks like Im out 200 bucks and two wheels. Plesant person to work with till he has your money in hand. Stay away from this guy.

Just filed a pay pal claim. Ill give him a week till i escalate it and let pay pal handle it. Little hard to fight since I have saved every PM that i sent him and the lack of replies plus the tracking information that shows the one package being delivered and the other one still showing not shipped.

First we were going to meet at Carlisle, then he was coming out the week after. Never could work out a meeting time and place. I've been hanging on to it since. Sent him a message a week ago asking if he was still interested, havent heard from him. I'm about to relist it.

I would go the extra step and file a complaint with the banl or cc company you used to purchase the items.

IMO your being too nice , make him ether ship the othe half of you order or make him pay you to ship the wheels back to him and refund your money plus 20% for your hassel . just my $0.02

I've been watching this thread for a while. I wasn't going to get into it, but I guess I'll help. I've known Joe for quite a while. We used to talk trucks on AIM for hours. He'd text me at work and have me lookup parts info and stuff for him. We shared ideas and information all the time. I helped him a lot with his truck; answering questions and what not. I did a lot of Photoshop work for him for free because we were friends. I purchased a stereo from him for my Z. It arrived just as described and everything went well with it. However, I have read multiple stories on here about other people not being happy with their transactions with him. I remember someone also claimed they got screwed when they tried to buy some ceramic coated headers from him. Also, everytime something like that surfaces, he goes off the map. He doesn't answer texts, PMs, AIM messages, etc. I don't get him. Joe, if you're reading this, what's the deal man? Are you in a tight spot with money or something? I thought JB Car Works was going well? I honestly don't see how you plan to continue being a member of FSC while doing this kind of stuff. Maybe you don't. I will say that if all of this stuff is proven true, I won't hesitate to provide contact information to those affected. I have your physical address (your parent's, I believe), phone number, email address, AIM screename, facebook account, etc. I hope you'll right these things, though.

Im hoping to. Not to sure if I wanna do a 2/4 drop on 285/55/18's or just take the body lift off and run 285/60/18's. I might be looking a 88 burb thats already got a 4" lift that i would use for hunting, haulin, and the beach runs. Keep my truck as a DD and take that added strees off that 170K NV3500.

Glad to hear you righted everything Joe. I gotta say, though; you have had a lot of these situations on here and always use the same excuse (reason?). I highly suggest you stay on top of things because every transaction like this hurts your rep whether it is resolved or not. I've read multiple stories exactly like this with you, and I don't even know if I would send you money for anything on here or not, and we were pretty good friends. Ebay would probably be a better place as they send out reminders for things like shipping an item you sold and when one of your buyers requests info.....

Kinda weird , was trying to track him down about some seats he sold me a year before this post. I'm trying to track down a center consul but can't remember what they are out of , 98 Tahoe I think.
This was a CL sale mind you, we chatted online made the deal AND he loaded them up brought them out ,unloaded them and put them in my shop. I told him he was a good dude and slipped him another $20 for gas. He drooled all over my 55 truck and left:smile:
