FBI rides

Has anyone else been screwed by FBI rides I bought a tri four link from them last November. It took three weeks just to get all the parts. When I first got the kit the two top links were missin and the sent half inch u bolt haha I thru those in the garbage I called they sent the two missing links on two days pretty good started putting the kit on and the top links they sent were to long I had to take pictures to prove it to them. then took a week and a half for me to get them they sent US mail WTF.The bottom plates the bottom links bolt to didn't have the holes drill in the right place. I got 60 washers 33 nuts and not a single bolt WTF. I finnaly got it on and as the truck travels up and down the pinion angle changed ALOT and twisted on my bags I had it on there 2 or 3 months and now it's in a pile of scrap behind my barn

how much you want for it? jk. we bagged my buddys s-10 and he bought all his stuff from FBI and had nothing but problems. they never even shipped his bags until 2 weeks later.

Well the crossmember is still in my truck I had to cut mine out to put Theres in and all the heim joints are wore out too

MY cousin ordered a watts link for a 94 1500 and never got all of the parts. after 6 months of waiting he finally demanded they issue a credit for the missing stuff.

Is it for a full size??and does it look like this?? I too got screwed by them...well kinda...The price was right and from the looks of everything the quality of my parts at least looks good...but ive learned from this site that that kit is crap..your right about the pinion change it is supposibly the worst...They must have a shortage of hardware or something because all they sent me was the U bolts with no nuts for them...i have no washers, nuts, or bolts...good thing im not using all the brackets now..lol..It took over 2 months to receive what i had...I was so F'ing mad everytime i called them...finally i called and threatened to send everything back for a refund so to "keep my buisness" they agreed to send me a set of tubular a arms and what ever else i was missing ...So it turned out ok...but the only thing im using from the 4 link is the lower bars and 1 heim joint...im going to build a wishbone for the top...Also i thought i would add...the arms came in 3 days!! but they never sent the bolts...i just got tired of using my minutes and getting pissed everyday so i said screw it...So the moral of the story is if you want to wait months to recieve your parts, get crappy service (from people that have no clue what they are doing), and not recieve half of what u ordered... than FBI is the place to buy from..
I also have my self to blaim...i did not research...i just relied on one person to tell me what i needed...i should have never bought a bolt on...just should have spent half the money on a weld on and put the other half towards a welder..( which i have now):biggrin:

I hadnt seen any complaints from them so i kinda just bit my tongue but since i see a similar complaint than i guess its not a fluke...maybe it will warn others from a similar thing happening..
