Couldn't keep the tires under it. It was just too cold and track wasn't hooking for ****. My best time was 14.6 with a 60 ft. time of 2.4xx. I didn't even't run the nitrous.

what shot nitrous were you trying to run? what was your best previous run? and 14.6 stil beats most punks with stangs so dont feel bad

I was going to run a 125 shot. My best time is a 14.2. I am not terribly upset but still stinks! Going to get some slicks for next time. Biggest problem was that it was cold. Haven't had any problems before but with temps 12-20 degrees cooler that was enough to just blow the tires off every time!

The nitrous noid was leaking. It was a used kit and the nitrous noid was bad. Guys is paying for a new solenoid for me and I am buying a matching fuel solenoid since the nitrous one went bad. Got a great deal on the kit to begin with and event buying the new fuel noid I will have less then $300 in the whole kit.

I was planning on spraying half track but like I said in the staging lane it started running nitrous into the motor. Luckily I was paying VERY close attention and cought it before the motor went boom! I didn't have time to test the setup for leaks because I was on a VERY tight schedual. I didn't get to the track untill 7:30 as it was. Anyhow noids are ordered and two weeks I will hopefully have some slicks. Them maybe we will see the time I was hoping for!

On a good note there was a shortbed regualr cab 1500 with a LQ9 swapped in with some heads, a cam, and other goodies. He runs 12.5s N/A and was spraying for the first time last night. He was hoping make it into the 11s but I don't know if he did. I told him about FSC but he said he is on RSC trucks or something?

Sorry to hear that man, you'll get there, a good set of tires would prolly put you in the 13.xx's without spray. What size rims are you running? Racing season is almost over and i know where a few sets of DOT slicks are, let me know what your looking for and i'll see what i can find. I've been trying to get back to the track the last 2 Fridays, but the rain says NO, sucks. Trails only has 2 more test n tune days left, both on Sundays, only one of which i might be able to go. There is a good chance i'm done for the season, but im shooting for the 18th.

I have slicks on order. I would have had them today but he accidentaly got me 15s not 16s. They are picking them up mid Monday and I will have them.

I will be going back to the track on the 21st. I got 100 hp jets on order and the new solenoids. Harrisspeedworks.com (http://harrisspeedworks.com) is a great place to get your nitrous kits and accessories. I bought my kit used and it wasn't a HSW kit but anything I need from hear on out will come from them. Prices are great and quality is high. They answered all of my questions and were very helpful. If you are looking for nitrous parts I highly recommend them!

Slicks and spray ought to get you into the 12's. If not you will get damn close.
