Gainesville, FL (around the area)

Well I've been wondering if there are any good trails or mudholes in/around Gainesville, FL. I don't know anyone around here that knows of one relatively close. Anyone from the area that knows?

i dont really know to many trails up there but one weekend a month hog waller opens opens up, its in palaka though. its a huge mud hole for anything you wanna bring.

I haven't found anything that great. There's some cool jeep trails but they are a little tight for a full size. Hog Waller is worth the drive out there. I think its $15 to get in. There's also some mud bogs in Lawtey and Starke. Ocala has some decent areas if you want to drive down there. Not much that I've found really close to Gainesville.
