Whats my lug pattern for an 83 Chevy k20 3/4 ton, with the 8-lug wheels?

Better yet, what is the offset and width on these same wheels?

I think is 8 on 6.5, Not really forsure on the back spaceing

8x6.5 is correct and as far as back spacing goes I have never had a set of 8 lug wheels that did not fit because of backspacing. All the back spacing and bolt patterns are the same up until ford screwed that up in 1999.
