Astro drop ?

Ive got a buddy with a 4wd Astro van thats fully custom top to bottom. And hes looking to lower it or maybe put it on bags nothing wild just lower it. I cant remember but I think it has T-bars in front and coils in back but i dont know. So any ideas would be great. Thanks.

he should be able to back off the torsion keys, that'll lower the front. there is a mod that involves some cutting to lower the front even more, but i don't know how safe it is. as for the back, i'm pretty sure they are just leafs and he could just loss a leaf or two

Like he ^^^^ said for the front and the back does have leafs but some are composite and some are steel (use a magnet to check). I got a 2003 Astro 2wd and was going to do a static drop on it but 1 dropped cage is enough for me. Pretty much decided to sell my Stro in a few months.

I believe 96-05 astros had steel leafs, the older ones had composites
