planning on installing a flip kit for my 2dr 2wd tahoe here soon. i will be buying just the flip kit without the notch which i will install at a later time. basically from what ive found AVS has the flip minus the notch for 150$ (djm). and stylin concepts has the same for 125$.
k now the question... what exactly is included in this kit. is it JUST the axle bracket and not the lift shackles? i kno the belltech kit includes lifting shackles and didnt see this for the djm and if so does that mean kit only includes bracket and ubolts?

I'm not sure which year HOE you have but if you go to DJM's website and dial in your year.make and model info you normally can pull up a pic of the kit you plan to buy. Summit Racing website also shows a pic sometimes.

My BellTech kit included the notch, flip brackets, u-bolts, hangers and shock extenders and all mounting hardware. Its a complete package with everything you need. Its a little more than the rest but worth it in the end. Plus, the directions that came with it are pretty thorough and go over everything.

it will come with the axle flip kit and shock extenders. i wouldn't wait to long after you drop it to get the notch bc you will be bottoming out EVERYWHERE

I have the DJM flip kit. I only bought the Flip kit only no hangers or shock extenders (needed new shocks so I got the right ones from Doestech). That lowered it 7", so I got a 1" lift shackle.

Because the SUV flip-kits come with the lift hanger...at least the Bell tech ones do.

I talked with DJM about the flip kit going lower then 6"...they told me its really only 5' 3/4's drop w/out the lift shackles.

you have to cut out above the drive shaft the rear end and trim a lil on the gas tank crossmember.
