turbo kits for 03

hey guys im posting this for my grandfather, he wants a full turbo kit for 2003 1500 silverado its the 5.3L with extended cab short bed, any suggestions and/or websites would be greatly apprecciated thanks.

STS is probably the only kit that i know of out there. a member has it on his 5.3, i believe its poyboychevy.

sts is a rear mount which there is nothing wrong with but there is lots of other front mounts like trick performance, kb racing, im sure there is more i just cant think of them off the top of my head.

I hope your grandfather has deep pockets. Adding a turbo to any car becomes an expensive endeavor very quick.

true, plan on spendin anywhere from 3-5 grand for a good set up, an then ur gona need a new tranny cause the stock one wont last long, so there is another couple grand for a built tranny. im not tryin to tell you not to do it, just lettin you know how expensive it is.
