snow wheeling!!!!!

first time i have ever went true snow wheeling. sure i have played in it, but nothing like this. surprising how much traction i actually got, went everywhere i tried to go.

guy in the Izuzu suffered major body damage and a broke front axle. i rolled a bogger off the bead and got some body damage as well.

that looked fun. we have way too much snow to "play in" . right now its work. we have 30" and its still snowing. were expecting another 10-16" . ive been pushing it with my front bumper and grille :LOL:

that was at a place called 491 offroad in gardenersville/demossville KY. it is close to Crittenden of I-75 here.

Looks fun as hell! I wish i could get a bumper life you have on your jeep but designed for an obs. The ones for obs are either too big or home made.

I wish i had the time and patience to fab up some custom bumpers for my truck. I would love to have some aftermarket bumpers but im not paying hundreds of dollars for them.

yeah, no was i was gonna pay $400+ for a bumper for anything. and you only get practice one way, by doing it. i have probably only 5 hours or so in my front bumper, maybe a little more.

Didn't know you have an XJ too, cool beans. Looks like fun, but I don't know how you run with no doors, I usually roll the windows down but I can still get a bit chilly.

yeah, got the XJ around thanksgiving, the ZJ is now my brothers rig.

no doors is not to bad. i just keep the heat cranked full blast the entire time. heck, the first time i had it out i didn't even have lexan on the doors yet, and no windows. then last time i had the lexan on the doors, still no windows, and this was the first trip out with the windows in.

we had about 4" on the ground that day, got another 6" a couple days later, and are supposed to get another 4" or so this weekend. most snow we have had here in a while.
