Air Bar??????????

:cussing: I bought an Air Bar for my 4 door tahoe/Yukon on here about 100+ days ago and STILL didnt get the thing .. I been sending Emails to the seller he allways had something come up and he did pretty good to reply until about a week ago .. Last friday he sent me a message and said my parts would be here That day .. Nov 30th .. Its going on 5 working days later .. he will not even fill me in on tracking #'s .. Please dont be a victum .. I have MANY happy customers of parts I have sold .. I was pointed to this unit but Tony@Airride tech ... he is top notch in service and didnt think he would stear me wrong ... I am still a newbie here and not wanting to walk on stomp on peoples toes but I am pretty upset about the way things have been drug out Hope this will open the sellers eyes that I am not jacking around anymore most people would have done this LONG ago .. I have saved all Emails back and forth between me and the seller and kept good records .. I just want my stuff or PLEASE refund my money if you cannot come threw with the parts !!!! :mad: :mad: :mad: :cussing: :cussing:

Yes, please give us a name. I will not have this on the board if I can help it. You have every right to speak out and give us their name so they can be banned from coming here again and trying to rip people off. I will also help you in any way I can. I'm sorry this happened.

I was just going to state the facts for everyone ... I allways make killer deals to people online and never had a problem until now.. I brought up tonys name not to start a war or to reflect on the facts he is the one that did send me in that direction..Tonys customer service is out of this world as we all know !:D I am not going to bash the sellers name in public if you really wanted to know you can look in past Adds on the for sale board. I didnt do this to hurt anyone I did this to open the sellers eyes to the fact that I am not going to stand for being ripped off !:cussing: Its been well over 3 months and still nothing but directions on the install.. Tony sent me an Email direct and said he will make things happen ... we will see how the rest of the week goes but if nothing so much as a return Email i hope for support from people of this boad but really hope things work out ...:)

I did recive Emails from the seller and also Tony Direct bolth said they will do what it takes work threw this matter.. Chad said I should have parts around end of this month he was able to locate them . his trouble is due to a third party sending out the parts from a different location.. I didnt ever want to come this far to make a post like this on a Public forum but I felt well over 3 months its time to step up and do something ... I will keep this forum posted and count down to my parts makeing it here KC
